motivation

    i got some weights at home but i never really feel motivated to lift weights but i want to get big. i'm currently about 6'1 140. i might lift weights once or twice out of a month. anybody else ever feel like this?

    and you're proud of this?

    If you're going to lift only once or twice a month, why even bother? You could be watching tv or eating something fried/delicious.

    6'1 and 140.. that should be your motivation

    start learning more, taking on new approaches, spending more time than 2 days a week doing it and you'll have motivation. Taking pictures of a starting point and comparing them to a couple months of working out will also motivate you.. give it a shot

    i was 5'11" at 155 and that was too skinny for me.
    eat more, work out more, get into a routine.

    One of the reasons I started lifting was boredom. Just fuckin do it! And once you start seeing some results, you'll be hooked.
