What keeps you guys motivated??
For some reason i can't stay motivated for more than a month
You have to keep yourself motivated, if you truly don't want to workout and improve yourself you won't be able to stick with it.
habit. its all about making it a habit
I just look at the amazing physique in my AV and say to myself "what do I have to do today to achieve this as a personal goal?"
cutting's going fairly well... everyone keeps telling me how big i look
i guess it's just cause you can see more of the muscle now
i'll post up pics when i run out of my Lipo-6... until then, y'all are just gonna have to wait
lots of things keep me motivated. the compliments i get (wow, you look thinner..are you loseing weight?), seeing the scale weight steadily dropping, setting small goals and achieving them..I usually try to reward myself when I do these. And I do it because I want to be healthy. I would like to live for a long time to see my daughter grow up.
Girls that didn't give a shit about me a year ago are now all over me...
The attention you get...
Female teachers being extra nice to you...
Being the biggest in your class/school/whatever...
Lots of things keep me motivated...summer is coming very fast here...so thats extra motivation right there...
To keep myself motivated, I sometimes tell myself that motivation is what makes the difference between a normal person and a great individual. Choose what you want to be.
i was censored
I usually just find some chick to stalk at the gym....that keeps me motivated to go when shes there.
