I secretly love Nova. I think the writing is awesome and the dynamic between Worldmind and Nova is spectacular. The art is good and he's really the only cosmic level adventurer I'd bother to read.

Anyway, he's gonna come and kick skrull ass, they could not have expected nova to come and save Earth.

    SUCK IT SKRULLS!

She just got some spyware. Just needs some spybot and she'll be good.

Galactus and Silver Surfer were awesome in this though.

    "Galactus does not spare twice."

I loved how Galactus was like "Step off my ship nigger."

And then blasted Harrow out of existence.

Guardians of the Galaxy the new series is pretty damn good so far. Nova has been awesome and very enjoyable. I like the new gritter Nova. I want to see him stomp some skrull butt.

Annihilation was leaps and bounds ahead of Civil War as far as good story and engagement was concerned.

Annihilation is one of the best arcs I've ever read, totally up there with Watchmen, Ultimates, you name it.

I just love how they rebooted all these old stupid cosmic characters into something cool.

    Super-Skrull is such a bad-ass.

Can't wait for the cosmic part of Secret Invasion.

Guardians of the Galaxy is great, Kosmo the talking russian dog, Rocket Raccoon, Groot, and then Mantis who's a total wild card. She's what Layla Miller should have been.

The whole Technarch part of Conquest is one of my favorite comic twists, just awesome..

Plus, all the heralds of Galactus, they're all cool as hell..

Seriously. Annihilation will go underrated for the rest of history because of Marvel's bullshit marketing hype of Civil War. Nobody believes me when I say that Annihlation > Civil War. Of course, this week's episode of Blue's Clue is better than Civil War.

They somehow made a psychic talking dog, which could be the most retarded thing ever (superdog anybody?) into something fucking awesome. Brilliant Marvel. BRILLIANT.

Right now, Cosmic storylines are owning the fuck out of regular earth storylines. Nova, Guardians of the Galaxy, Heralds of Galactus, Silver Surfer . They are all > Secret Invasion: (11ty: The revenge of the Skrulls again!.... for the 12th time).

They are at the very least being original and creative with the storylines in the cosmic level. Each Nova issue since Annihilation started has been top notch. I mean come on, the complete desolation of most of the universe and the only one fighting is one earthling who isn't really much of a hero but suddenly gains near cosmic level powers barely holding on to just putting up a losing fight vs. Tony stark filing a law suit against other super heroes and CAPTAIN AMERICA crying. Is there really a debate as to which is better?

It's very unfortunate that Marvel hasn't been marketing it that greatly.

Darkhawk is so awesome. He is a B-list cult fan favorite. Like Cloak and Dagger.

There just isn't anybody who could write him well enough to make him as awesome as he can be.

That being said, I have a Darkhawk #1 that I'll cherish forevs.
