    The Asus, better build quality. Overall better brand.

    I'm not sure if the regular edition suffers from the same nb fan issues that the A8N-SLI Duluxe has but the fan looks the same so i would be afraid of that. I'm not an Abit guy so i don't know much about those.

    It's only like $10 for a new cooler if anything happens to it. It's still a superior card.

    well the one i had died and took the rest of the mobo with it. still waiting on rma.

    personally I wouldn't choose either. Abit's socket A motherboards were the best, but their socket 939's are not as good.
    the Asus's make great Intel boards, but are only average for socket 939.
    I would go for one of these especially if you're overclocking, or I'd get an MSI K8N Neo4-F (great board, not expensive)
    MSY is a cheap place to get things from. probabbly the cheapest all-round in Australia. the MSI board is $125 there

    Thanks...that store kicks ass, ive never seen cheaper prices in australia.
