It's been over a year since i injured it doing a heavy (for me) Incline DB press, and I got the results from my MRI last night. I've chipped a piece off the shoulder joint, and need surgery to fix that and pin tissue back into place. ~3 month recovery after the surgery. Good-bye hockey season :wtc:

I just thought i'd share. anyone have shoulder problems like me?

my left shoulder is like permanently fucked or something

i hurt it once 5 years ago in college

if i go higher than 50lb DBs for military press, it feels like its going to fall off.

    Welcome to the club. :mamoru:

I've had a history of shoulder problems. I somehow strained my left shoulder and when it healed I strained the right one. Now it's healing very slowly. It sucks because there's almost no upper body workouts that I can do which doesn't cause pain. :hs:

    it fuckin sucks

it severely limits my bench press

I cant bench more than 185 w/o my shoulder feeling like its about to fall off. So I just now did 6 sets x 8-10 reps at 185 bench. It makes incline even more difficult to do. I still put on size pretty easy but I'd like to bench at least 250. :wtc:

doc told me i have tendonitis in my shoulder....i know its not as bad as the chip you got requiring surgery, but it makes lifting hard for me sometimes as well.....

hope the surgery goes well for you and you can make a full recovery mang
