Hey what's up, I tried powering up my computer, the fans come on and it seems to boot but there is no video when I hook up a monitor. Could the motherboard be dead?

    thanks

Have you tried a different video card? That'd be my first guess...

Nope, listen for a beep coming from the internal PC speaker

Can you describe what you did before the computer did the "no video" bootup? Did you add/remove hardware or did you jostle the computer around alot (put it in your car for example)?

the only thing i did was change the power supply, it might have been moved around a lot.
