i'll probably be at
S 315 ish
it depends on your leverages but for a guy of average height id say
a 300 squat isn't much. I did that at 5'6", 160 pounds or so.
I'm pretty sure I would be squating and deadlifting 500 before I came close to 300 bench
Yeah I know someone of that size who squats 350 and deads 350 but can't bench 190+
I can't help but think if someone has imbalances like that they probably have shitty form or somehow cheat to get that weight. E.g. quarter squats..
i wish i could squat heavy. i suck at squatting
I misread your post the first time. Yeah he doesn't go parallel on his squats, you are completely right. I have the urge to tell him all the time when he says "I just did 350 squats" that he just did 350 half squats, but I don't feel like arguing about it
