Would it be more benificial to do split days consisting of two body parts per day, or owuld it be better to work one body part per day???

also, if you only do one body part a day, how many exercises do you do for that part???

if you're gonna do a big enough split to do one part a day, do it. i'd at the very least do chest & back alone, do tri's & shoulders together. & do legs with something stupid like bi's. figuring only a 4 day split.

I get the most out of doing 1 part a day, with the exception of arms, which is 2 muscle groups, bi's and tri's.

  4. For you? Multiple barbells to the head until conciousness is lost?

What an informative and helpful post. Thank you for visiting F&N now GTFO.:squint:

I would stick with a 4 day split probably. For me just seperating it down to doing one body part per day isn't worth the drive to the gym to spend 30 minutes in there.

Maybe you two could get together and just knock each other out and save the rest of us some hassle??

Most effective would be working primary and secondary muscle groups together

    chest/tris
    back/bi
    shoulders
    legs

I like my routine chest, back, shoulders, legs, weak points. 5 days a week, about 45 minutes a day at most.
