weightlift, diet, and some sort of cardio activity as many times a week as can be tolerated.

you asked what the most effective way to lose weight and i said a combination of anaerobic and aerobic activity combined with a reduced caloric intake. Its not rocket science and that is the most effective method. Sorry you don't like the truth, maybe someday you'll dislike going to the gym less than you dislike being a porker.

If youre just going to limit yourself to activities you enjoy you should just quit now, because anything will become tedious if you stick with it long enough.

    most important would be diet.

even if you dislike weight lifting, at least do 30min of it along with your cardio exercises.

i heard swimming can get you great results of dropping lbs though:dunno:

Suck it up and go to the gym. Weight lifting is the best possible route.
