just curious if you guys think calipers or the hand-held electrical impedance meters are more accurate?

i know the electrical impedance meters depend greatly on your hydration status, but as long as you're mindful of that, what do you think?

someone correct me if i'm wrong but

hydrostatic dunk test > calipers > handy thingy's.

there is also some medical image scanning device sorta like an X-ray machine that i think is the best, but highly impracticle for us regular people.

I agree with smb. And all of them are practical, it's $20 to get a tank test at the university here $15 if your a student. Check around for a collage with a sports program and they'll probably have something similar.
