Hmm, I haven't noticed a significant MecGar shortage anywhere.

I guess it went over fine with the P250.

Got nothing to do with a shortage, and everything to do with fucking you for full retail price on a 2nd magazine.

This is actually why I've refused to buy one in recent years. They must love the cash cow that 24 is. I hear all sorts of fags saying that "If a SIG is good enough for Jack Bauer, it's good enough for me". :ugh:

:werd: I love my CPO P226R. Shit is already broken in, functions flawlessly, and only cost about the same as a new Glock.

I was pretty big into Sigs for a while (mine were all old though), and still think highly of them. Shame that the Kimber guy is going to run them into the ground.

All that said I think my CZ's are vastly better, for me at least.

Too bad theyre getting popular and their prices keep going up. Last year I had no problems recommending them but prices have gone close to $600 and their magazine prices have skyrocketed. $30 for a plastic 5 shot magazine for my .22lr rifle is ridiculous. So is $200 for just the bolt.

I dont know how much they spent to be in this month's Guns and Ammo mag. Half of the mag is about CZ/BRNO/Dan Wesson and the other half is their catalog.

Feels perfect in my hands, and I am more accurate with the 226 then anyother handgun I have shot.

Easy to breakdown and Easy to clean.

Meh, I'm not buying them new, so I don't care. I picked up another '75B for a friend for $300 (no mags though) 2 weeks ago. The mag prices do kinda suck though, I'll agree with you there. I haven't bought rifle stuff from them in a long time. I think I payed in the higher $200's fro my 17HMR American several years ago.

They are getting popular on the internet, and that certainly does suck as it's killing stock. In the real world (especially in more rural areas) I find that most people have no idea what they are, and think they are cheap BHP clones. I love these people.

This is almost as outrageous as Wendy's going from 5 piece nuggets to 4 piece nuggets while maintaining the same price :ugh:

Their price went up to $1.29.

If there was a critical shortage, why is S&W giving two free with purchase and 2 more with a mail in rebate?
