Went on another hike today and snapped some more pics. They're totally different than the ones I shot yesterday. Still trying to improve my composition and stuff.

    Nikon D50
    Sigma 10-20mm
    UV Filter
    Slight level adjustments in Lightroom
    Resized and bordered in Photoshop

Some cool red rocks (What I picture Arizona to look like :o ) that were near the entrance to Jemez.

Just a shot I liked with the branch at the bottom

This was a 16th century church

Just a shot I liked. I could see it as one of those demotivational posters :mamoru2:

Neat perspective shot of the church

A place called Soda Dam. It's right off the road.

    Another wider shot

    The top of the "Dam"

    Some trees

Not bad aside from the lens flare (Can never have too much lens flare :mamoru2: )

    A cool dead tree
    [IMG]

    Some cool tall trees
    [IMG]

A tree growing out of a rock :eek3:

    A twisted branch

Some rocks someone must have stacked.

Yeah. I could probably lighten some of them up a little more.

I fucking love the wide angle lens

I like the composition of most of those but the rocks don't really jump out at me for the most part, I can't tell if it needs more saturation or sharpening though.

They look like really nice shots man. Maybe a little more saturation? What do you think of this? Hope you don't mind me for editing your pic. :)

yeah, I had adjusted the contrast some... I guess I should bump it up some more.

Also, I think I have a color profile issue going on... they look bright and sharp in photoshop, but when I export them they look like balls.

I'll have to play around with them when I get home (Don't have the files on my computer... I'm at work)
