My modded Wii has been playing all my burnt games forever now.
Then I bought Wii Sports Resort + The Motion Plus add-on.

I poped it into my Wii and it did the update.... ever since I can see the burnt games on the channel screen but then when I try to play them... it says "Error bla bla bla something wrong with the disk"

Is there a patch or fix for this issue?

    Ps.

Hard modded with the D2C Chip /

The only "Backup" Games that Won't work are Nintendo's 1'st party games
(Mario,Zelda,Animal Crossing ....) all the other backups work fine.

Which sucks, because thats all the good games :(

You should check out gbatemp.net or some other site that's dedicated to answering questions of your nature.

gbatemp forums have all your answers. Your biggest mistake was updating to 4.2 because thats when nintendo went anti mod and started deleting the homebrew chan.

You will likely need to softmod your wii now, or upgrade your modchip firmware, if theres even an upgrade out for it.
