anyone ever get severe mood swings when they're dieting?

could it be the types of food.. or just low cal in general.. or ephedrine? i've been dieting for weeks but just kicked it in to high gear last week.

just wondering if this is normal with cutting or if i should see someone about it.

today the cupboard didn't click shut and started opening back up and i almost tore it off the hinges :mamoru:

Low sugar levels cause crankiness in me so I'm sure if you're levels are off you'll get bitchy too. :mamoru:
