Is there a way to see who's connected to my wireless network and how much bandwidth is being used?

I have an Airport Extreme base station that is set to allow only the computers I enter access. But I'm getting some crazy slowdown somewhere and I wanna see where the problem is.

The :8b is my Wii and the :be is a friends Xbox360 downstairs. My Wii is in standby and I don't know the status of the 360 (probably on). Both seem to be constantly communicating w/the basestation. Should I be reading into this more for any problems?

with WiiConnect, it'll always be communicating, the 360 not sure if it's always pinging the net or not. but otherwise, you should be fine.
