hello, I was given the task to monitor a user's internet usage throughout the day. all i have is the internal ip address of the user's computer. the pc is running win xp. What is the best way to monitor a user's internet usage.
i am not allowed to spend any money on this, so hopefuly somone has a "free" way of doing this. thanks.

If you have a Linksys 54G router, you can install a program right on the router that allows you to monitor bandwidth usage on a daily, monthly and yearly basis.
