it looks like the eggs were cooked in some grease, thats what usually gives them the brownish color.

edit - but i don't see any sausage or bacon on the plate, so :dunno:

Damn bitches, way to hate on a nga's b-fast. :ugh: And I fried the eggs in butter which is why they get crusty on the sgdes but it makes them artery cloggingly delicious. And I cook them well because I don't really like them runny. They're not burnt, they were perfectly soft but cooked on the inside, and slightly crispy around the edges. :fawk: I used to be a chef so I think I know how to cook eggs.

The only thing you need is some whole wheat toast.

Toast dipped in over-easy yolk is Delicious.

You still burn th eggs though. Eggs should not be brown, regardless of cook temp. What culinary school did you attend?

No culinary school, just all on the job training. So technically I wasn't a chef at all, that's just the job title I had. I worked for a few catering companies. And yes the eggs were a little brown on the edges. Not really burnt, just brown from the butter. maybe cook temp was a little high :dunno: Still delicious :yum:

Easiest way to make over-easy eggs is to use a small frying pan and add some water when the pan is really hot to let them steam(make sure you have a lid on the pan duh). It makes the yolk like jelly(which is perfect, still sweet but not runny as hell) and you dont have to flip it.
