Mon: Lifting, Tues: Cardio, etc

    Is it okay to do lifting one day and then intense cardio the next day? I don't like not working out any days so this seems like a fine way to fix it, is this okay though?

    intense cardio is very catabolic, if you're trying to build or retain mass you'd better off taking the day off than doing that.

    What about light Cardio to help aide in fat burning? Walking/Light jogging 30 minutes?

    I don't agree. If you are eating enough and have enough body fat doing intence cardio will only help you in the weight room.

    I do that. I do 3x cardio and 3xs weights a week. Are you trying to loose weight. If your eating right you can gain muscle and loose weight if you keep the cardio short but intensive. (IE 20-30min)
