A&P Moisture in Lens?

    What does this look like? I think I might have some moisture, and maybe even fungus developing on my 50mm f1.4

    Put it in microwave for 20 Minutes.

    Wrap in 15-20 socks

    Put in dryer.


    Worked on my cell phone....

    Today I was shooting in rain, camera and lens was soaking with water. And it still works [​IMG]

    Go to your local camera store and pick up some silica gel packets, then put them in your bag.

    put the lens in a bag of rice....works kind of like silica gel without the poisonous part.

    MUST GET!!!!!

    For my Birthday at the beginning of the month my family and I went to see the ICE sculpture exhibit in orlando..

    Of course I wasnt goign to settle for PnS pics but I think I should have :o my lens was internally frozen for a while, good thing I took the kit 28-135 lens and not a good one :o

    I found some silica gels at work and threw them in my back before we took off though I think that helped since now everything seems fine, just took about 3 hours for the lens to be useable again :eek3:
