MODS: A thought...

    ..can we (myself, other members, admins) design a few FAQ's and have them sticky'd?

    There seems to be an overbearing amount of repeated questions (usually regarding broadband access and support) that I'm sure a FAQ would be beneficial..across many levels.

    I have thought of this in the past. Instead of having 10 FAQ threads up top, I'd much rather have a CP forum Archive. That way it's searchable and all. I just need to send Fazle a PM and ask about it.

    I used to be a mod on a board, and what we did to prevent n00b questions was have a big READ THIS BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS thread at the top that was a big FAQ with common questions... Worked pretty well.
