I am trying to modify Arnold's Routine a little. I have the possibility of working out twice a day on some days during my current college quarter. Not really sure how to go about this, If I work out once in the morning and then do the specific workout like Chest and Back. Should I do Chest and Back again on the same day later in the day or jump to the next days routine like Shoulders, upper arms, forearms? On another question, what do you guys think of Arnold's routine, is it a pretty good beginner workout?
