Alright, heres another thread since some pos OTer decided he wanted to troll and fucked up my other thread. Anyways, i was givin a bunch of advice and we concluded that my current routine is shit, so now I need to modify this routine. I'm basically trying to loose weight by gaining muscle and doing cardio. http://forums.offtopic.com/showthread.php?t=1574598 what exactly should I change about that routine? My guess is to change the reps and sets, but to what. 3 x 10? wtf is this supposted to mean? and what are these: "bent over row", "good mornings", "lunges" and "deadlift"
