this enthusiast is not amused..
Hennessey eh....I'm surprised the dude actually has a hood still
Edit - I guess this result shows just how much that engine is already pushed to it's max. That or they didn't actually perform the mods they say they did......
i think you could see the motor EVEN EASIER without it
god damn that made my cock hard when he stepped on it
When it comes to Corvettes, why not just take it to Lingenfelter?
So a 4 PSI increase nets ~51HP, if I remember depending on the application it can net around 10HP per PSI. So that would be about right. They don't mention how much PSI gain the GT has either I notice. Obviously getting to Whipple and Turbos isn't really a fair compari
lol at Hennessey. He'll swap a pulley and jack your hood and wheels and keep your car for 3 years
those are some pretty disappointing numbers to be honest.
my cheap ass heads/cam z06 will make more power than that. not nearly as much torque though.
but freddy has had a z06, viper, and GT - he's pretty experienced when it comes to these cars...
i could make that with a little 75'er of sauce
You would think he would be experienced enough then to not take shit to Hennessey. Build it yourself or take it to Lingenfelter. Everyone should know they are the shit when it comes to most LSx equipped vehicle.s
Are they still open?
They have gone waaaaay downhill since John died and last I heard they were sold to some other guy whose last name happened to be Lingenfelter. They wouldnt be in my top 10 of places to take it right now.
11-14 is 3. And yeah from what I understand the rule of thumb is 1psi increase = 10hp
So he picked up say 30~hp from the increase in boost and 20~ from the highflow cats, air filters and tune
its a pulley swap and a tune. i know about 50 people in dallas than can do that.
are you talking about scooters?
i bet he is.
its not his zr1.
alot of other shops do good work..just not hennessey
People that wont steal your stuff and screw you over like this douche bag
That happened to out of state people that left their cars there for months on long projects. This should be a one or two day thing.
Lingenfelter is such old news.
Hence the "build it yourself comment" It's not that hard to do a swap or a tune I know.
