Anyone else like them? That song Float On was decent but for some reason I Dl'ed more of their stuff and they are a great band, IMO.

Some great songs are Dramamine, Night on the sun, talking shit about a pretty sunset. I need to get a hold of the whole CD.

They have their own little unique style with a hint of Oasis to them.

Oh I'm a modest mouse junky. Whats cool is that so many of their albums are good, and different. one of their earlier albums called Lonesome Crowded West is really good....as is the moon and antarctica. so much cool music.

Modest Mouse are a really good band. I got into them because of their new CD, but I like their older stuff a lot more. Moon and Antartica and This is a Long Drive for Someone With Nothing To Think About are extremely good.

Can't stand them or Franz :(. Not that they can't play, their music just sounds so annoying.

They are an awesome success story to hear about...it took then what 10+ CDs to come out before one song gave them their mainstream popularity. That takes huge dedication IMO.
