My computer says I have a 100 fsb speed on my mobo. I know my mobo which is an ASUS is 133fsb compatable. I have a 2.2ghz chip in there which I thought was 133fsb also. Its a p4b533 mobo.

How do I change my mobo to 133 fsb? PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP?

You should be able to change it in BIOS. I believe it is under Advanced Chipset Features.

The 2.20 is a 400(4x100)MHz fsb chip, and the 2.26(4x133) is a 533MHz fsb, so make sure you know which one you got.

Do I need to pull the chip to find this out?

    How can I tell?

I dont think I have the box anymore and the fan is glued to the top of the chip so I'm not sure How I would find out what type it is.
