    This sounds like something I need to add to my routine, but I don't have an idea where to start and I'm not going to buy Eric Cressey's DVD.

    So, help a broly out here.

    Pull-Back Butt Kicks
    Cradle Walks
    Overhead Lunge Walk
    Walking Spidermans
    Toy Soldiers
    Forward/Back Leg Swings
    Side-to-Side Leg Swings
    Overhead Broomstick Shoulder Dislocations
    Scap Pushups


    and by the way... Youngs is down to 243 bodyweight :eek3: more power to him

    That is exactly what EC perscribes. Infact I almost guarentee Bob Young got it off of EC.
