Just got back. Can't wait to go through these pics and edit them all. Tore 2 quick ones out because I couldn't wait. By far the most fun I have ever had shooting.:bowdown::bowdown:

holy fuck i think that first one will be my favorite of the whole trip.

was it executed right? shot it at f/22 and a slow shutter to get that effect on the sun.

    getting out of debt

I've got a 98 ZR2 blazer that I've done a little work on that I used to trail ride with... I want to go all out with it in the next couple of years... solid axle swap, coilovers front and rear, exo, minimum of 40" tires... possibly an atlas, or dual transfer case set up.... and the list goes on and on...

man you'd have a blast there then. so many trails from rocky/dirt to 10/10 difficulty. we went in a giant hummer on hell's revenge. most popular trail in moab.

    :bigthumb:

yeah the Lesal mountains are visible all the time. such a nice background

ummm it depends. that silhouette one was probably like 1/4-1/10.

i used the tripod A LOT during that trip. it seems to me that outside shoots look gorgeous in bright sunlight at about f/16 and iso 200. add a polarizer and the shutter gets mad slow.

Definitely no climate like that around here

I want to travel America. So far I've just been to NYC but that's not a good representation of America as far as I can tell.

I knew that :o I almost didn't write desert because of that.

Hell yes! Rented a jeep for 2 days from the Moab Adventure Center. They are jacked up with 33" wheels. Did gemini bridges, jug handle run, and went down to needles for a 10mi sand path that went past a lot of cool rock formations

seriously need to get a tripod stat. a similar good tripod will help my pics all around. so many cool night shots i can capture in DC. i dont bother much cuz of the aluminum tripod i have. it is not sturdy at all and the head blows
