mmm...chicken burgers

    had some bunless burgers tonight. Used 2 pattys with some chicken bacon and a slice of cheese inbetween them

    Tons of protein, low fat, barely any carbs :drool:

    chicken bacon and partly skimmed mozzarella, and not a lot at that, just some thin slices. I am cutting right now afterall

    So you take off the bread then add fat with the bacon? Unless chicken bacon is something low fat... i've never heard o fit. At least eat some vegetables with it man... a piece of chicken with cheese is not a burger. :hs:
