Chechen, I'm really happy you'vecome over to learning MMA and striking. Though it does seem like you have put on a good bit of weight.
this is what happens when you get 4 loosers who get together and train together, and since they all suck nothing gets better, just better shittyness.
You would think they would improve still though. I mean if you spar on even light contact you should always improve, at least in theory. I recently sparred with a co-worker who just got into MMA, and he did better then those guys.
When you do bag/pad drills is usually where you get form and technique and that video shows a lot of them are doing it all wrong. You would still think they would be able to throw a little bit of power with their crappy technique. They probably keep falling over and couldn't figure out why.
They need at least someone who knows what he's doing to critique them and show them the techniques. Otherwise it's all fail and aids no matter what they do.
