    National Geographic channel. I believe they said it is Tito Ortiz, Dean Lister, Bas Rutten and Randy Couture. Measuring the usual crap on the dummies but using MMA techniques. Probably a rerun.

    seen it before. bas kicks like a mule and randy can hit fucking hard from mount. i love that show. i saw one about low blows and how a shot from this boxer was the equivalent of having a bowling ball dropped on your nuts from 20 feet up.

    Yeah I cant believe how hard Bas hits. His hook was so much harder than Tito's elbow, too. This show is usually kinda lame but this one isnt bad.

    i cant stand it only because the "science" they use is complete crap. But it is cool to see the fighters they get on there.

    still haven't seen this one, only thing on national geographic up here is "megabuilders" pretty well all day.
