in all seriously i really feel bad for tyson. he's an extremely talented dumb guy with mental problems who was taken advantage of and constantly ridiculed.

I am convinced that Tyson is the most physically gifted man ever. No other person had his speed, strength, and power.

Totally agree. Once he started slowing down he would just get frustrated and get his ass knocked out.

But he would still be strong, quick and have KO power with either hand. Those athletic abilities transfer well into wrestling also Tyson if he trained MMA in his prime he would have dominated the sport.

fuck, if tyson would have trained for some of his fights, it would have made a difference too. it's pretty amazing to think of it, that a guy that was so young could hold the belt by training a couple weeks for a fight

Tyson was so good at boxing because thats ALL HE DID. Somebody said it before me too. What can happen when you try to become a jack of all trades is that you are also a master of none.

tyson was out there. If he didnt become a boxer there is no doubt in my mind he would have been some sort of gang banger, with the slappin hos and shooting people and such. On a side not I wish I had tysons uppercut. He had the most text book uppercuts and hooks.

Then what did you mean by the thread title? Did you just want to plaster this vid around a few more message boards?

Boxing, like BJJ, Wrestling, Muay Thai, and the rest is a part of MMA. I would say that striking is a big deal in MMA and they focus plenty on it. There are plenty of KO's and standup wars to watch.

If you want to just watch boxing, go watch boxing. Same goes with anything else. MMA is what it is.

And this would have made him hit softer, move slower and be less strong how? Dude would have wrecked shop if he trained MMA.

Great video, the speed that he had with that power was unreal. A pleasure to watch, but a pitty he ended on such a bad note.
