    Hey People,

I'm from Australia and I may be moving to NY and would like to know of which schools would be recommended to continue my MMA/BJJ training. All i know of from preliminary searches is Renzo Gracie's school and Matt Serra's.

    Thanks.

I've heard great things about Renzo's school. I never made it though because it's in midtown, which was too far from me when I lived in NYC. If you're anywhere near Brooklyn check out this place called the Watt. It's Kru Phil Nurse's gym.

That's a link to a highlight clip of him above. I forget who's corner he was in, but I remember seeing him in a UFC event recently being all excited and taking off his shirt.

I heard renzo's prices are fucking insanity, like 300 bucks a month or maybe more..

    Anyone confirm or deny that?

Yeah Renzo's school is real expensive. I guess that's how they afford their facilities.

I always thought that Phil Nurse's school was somewhere near Williamsburg. I could be wrong though. I'm not exactly sure where it is.

I would absolutely go to Renzo's school if I could. Oh man that would be great.
