    Training for Worlds.

    Started training for it like about 2 weeks ago, officially started my diet yesterday.
    • Training today:
      • Crossfit:
        • 3 rounds for time of:
          • 10 power snatches 75#
          • 20 wall balls 20 at 10' target
      • BJJ:
        • 1 hour of technique/drilling.
    • Diet:
      • Breakfast:
        • Banana
      • Lunch:
        • 6 Oz. Steak
        • Acai with granola, greek yogurt, apple sauce, and bananas.
      • Dinner:
        • Herb Salad with 2 tbs of Ranch
      • Snack:
        • Acai with granola, greek yogurt, apple sauce, bananas, and mixed fruits.
    • Current weight as I'm posting this:
      • 131lbs
    Finals are coming up but I'm going to try and stick with my training schedule as much as possible.

      • BJJ:
        • 2:00pm-3:30pm - Situation live rolling.
        • 9:00pm-10:00pm - Just rolling.
    • Diet:
      • Breakfast:
        • Bagel
      • Lunch:
        • Acai with granola, greek yogurt, apple sauce, and bananas.
        • Bagel
        • Salad w/ Ranch
      • Dinner:
        • Lean Body Meal Replacement shake (40g protein)
        • Hard Boiled Egg
        • 6 Oz. Steak
        • A handful of broccoli
      • Snack:
        • 3 Red Potatoes
        • Tuna with mayo/relish.
    • Weight:
      • 130lbs
    I have been eating healthier the last couple days but I noticed I've been eating more of it... so I tried eating less today. And I've been trying to cut out as much sugar as possible out of my diet such as soda, fruit juice, slurpees..., etc. And that Acai crap is giving me the worst farts ever, it got so bad the last couple days that my roommate started to complain that the smell started to sneak into his room (he stays up really late) :o. But whatever, that's not going to stop me! :coolugh: I want to train more but I've been trying to make sure I pass all my classes first... and then I can focus on training more. I want to start putting in about 2-3 more training sessions a day once this semester is over but I got Maymester coming up and I don't know how that will affect my schedule just yet.

    Yeah, my goal is like 122lbs-123lbs and to stay there leading up to the Tourny.

    Think of it in terms of percentages. When you're a little guy it's hard to cut a "lot" of weight as it ends up being 10-20% of your overall body mass real quick. Thats hard on you when you don't have much mass to begin with.

    Do you keep track of your macros or your anything? I see lots of carbs and little protein, not great for weight cut

    You know, the guy who runs the crossfit just sent out an email where he's asking people to participate in a Paleo diet challenge for 30 days, I looked into it and it looks very interesting.

    But NO dairy/wheat/rice!? :eek4:

    That pretty much destroys half my diet right there... dunno, I might do it. Actually I SHOULD do it.

    I had a bloody nose when I woke up this morning, I don't know if that's due to a lack of Vitamin C (which I doubt it is) or something else.
