Training for Worlds. Started training for it like about 2 weeks ago, officially started my diet yesterday. Training today: Crossfit: 3 rounds for time of: 10 power snatches 75# 20 wall balls 20 at 10' target BJJ: 1 hour of technique/drilling. Diet: Breakfast: Banana Lunch: 6 Oz. Steak Acai with granola, greek yogurt, apple sauce, and bananas. Dinner: Herb Salad with 2 tbs of Ranch Snack: Acai with granola, greek yogurt, apple sauce, bananas, and mixed fruits. Current weight as I'm posting this: 131lbs Finals are coming up but I'm going to try and stick with my training schedule as much as possible.
