Wellllll, ive been lurking these boards for a while taking some good info in, and decided to start posting. In October of 2006, I weighed in at around 228 @ 6ft tall. Today in the gym I weighed in at 196.5 :wiggle: . My diet consists of a knockoff of the cut diet.... Egg whites, chicken, tuna, peanut butter, almonds, broccoli, cottage cheese....

    Seated DB Presses
    50x8
    45x4
    50x8
    55x8

Squats (kinda half squats because i'm a vagina and I'm trying to work on my form.... can't keep my heels on the ground! But I think my Nike Shox contribute to that - new gym shoes soon)
    45x15
    115x5
    145x5
    165x5
    165x3

Front/Side Raises (felt my shoulder popping, so I moved to the cable machine)
    15x4
    12x8

Cable Machine raises with donkey dong (rope) attachment
    20x10
    30x10

    Quad Extensions
    100x12

Definitely an increase in strength.... I started dieting around mid-October, but didn't start lifting until the first week of this year. Since lifting, I've gained quite a bit of strength in the last 2 months.

nigga, those werent pulldowns.. those were reverse, underhand gripped pushdown pulldowns.

pulldowns are the lat exercise we do that is like pullups, but seated and with that long, straight bar.
