    Flat BB Bench
    worked up to 170x4, couldnt get last rep

    Bent over rows

    Overall, good workout....bench felt a little weak, but the squats made up for it. This is the 1st week of my diet, and i'm down 2 pounds.

    default breakfast (2 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 piece of toast, 2 scoops muslce milk)
    chicken breast on wheat w/ spledna yogurt
    2 scoops mucle milk

    Pretty good day i guess with rack lockout and squat both increasing.....although flatt bb is still stagnate. Glad to be seeing strength increases on a deficit though:bigthumb: Deadlifts will resume in April.

    had a shitty workout on friday which i finished today and set a major PR


    worked up to 250 on squats and had a good amount more in me. first time maxing since january.

    this is what my squats looked like in January

    5x5 DB press -70lb dbs.

    flatt bb still isnt increasing, im starting to think I need to maybe add some more volume for chest on monday, something like

    5x5 flat BB
    working up to a 3rm of rack lockts @ sticking point
    and some heavy DB work to finish it up....5x5 ???

    I dont know what is up with my chest, everything else is getting stronger on the deficit except the bench. I havent been doiing the lockouts for very long, so maybe they will start correlating over to my bench itself soon.

    cant wait to start bulking again, and actually doing it the right way :)

    abs-cable crunches, ab wheel, side bends etc etc

    tomr begins CEE, weight is down to 180
