    MissKitty's training log *OLD*

    Current situation:

I am 173cm tall (give or take a few).
    I am 83kilos
I have a exercise ball, a mat, and 1 kg weights.
I do mainly sits ups and butt crunches using the exercise ball.
If I go for a walk I have to push two kids in a pram (plus plus).

    My problem areas:

    1. My butt
    2. Stomach
    3. Chin
    4. Inner thighs
    5. Arms

    History:

I am a full time stay at home mother.
I have had three children, so a bit of damage has happened.
    Never been into exercising.
Quit smoking when I was 17 (after smoking for 5 years).

    Facts:

I drink one tea a day.
    I drink coffee but rarely.
I drink around 600ml of water a day.
Never have less than 3mill thick butter on my bread/toast.

    Picture updates:

Every set of Weight/BF scales I have used have given a reading of above 30% :dunno:

like the online calculators? hmm i dont hold much faith in them.

edit: if you mean the scales that tell you bf....they are grossly inaccurate

They are the same as weight scales but they send an electric current up your legs and they calcuate the amount of fat you have.

Other than playing touch football once a week I currently do no cardio.

Once I get my final measurements and weights and I know what my goal is I will be starting a more serious routine.

    She's a girl.... 32% isn't bad at all.

26% is the bottom range limit for girls that can still be considered cute :eek3:

Ahh, drink much water, eat fruit every day, do exercise (pref a sport or martial art, motivation is easy then) a few times a week. Sleep well, dont smoke or drink. It's not that hard.
