I'm an mIRC newbie and I've been reading up on tutorials, but I'm still confused as to how I can get a file from a bot. I've found things on how to send, and about getting files if another person offers, but I can't seem to figure out how to get a file from a bot. From what I have been able to gather, it seems that I need to know what file I want to get, then do a direct request for that file. Is this correct? Is there any way to get a list of the files that a bot has to offer? Thanks for the help guys.

enter this without the quotes and replace XX with pack number. where I put "xdcc" it may be just dcc so try them both.

    /ctcp "botname" xdcc send #XX
