Minor rotator cuff injury, no push/pull over 10 lbs for 2 weeks. What else can I do?

    I've been doing the bill star for the last 2 months. My shoulder was annoying me so I saw a sports medicine doc yesterday who says minor rotator cuff problem, and that no push / pull over 10 lbs for two weeks.

    The only things I can think of are front squats, lunges (maybe), and abb work.

    Can anybody else suggest any other good non pushpull excercises?

    Also, I forgot to ask the doc yesterday, but do you guys think basketball is safe? He said no more then 10 lbs overhead.

    how about you take some time off fool. let your body recuperate.

    but still eat BW+ in protein

    Yea, I'm definately going to be taking time off. But I just really enjoy being active, especially after spending 9 - 6 in an office.

    Just do some cardio and whatnot. It's more important that you recover IMO!
