I'm just wondering whats the minimum amount of calories i should be taken in?
I'm about 5'9 190lbs (mostly fat) and i just recently started trying to lose some weight. i know i should be under 2200 calories or so but for the last week i've been around 1500. I'm just worried about losing muscle and not alot fat. So is 1500 too low or is it good?

1500 is too low. Your body is just going to continue to store fat. Eat clean food and you'll be much better off.

Everything says that going under 1500 has very negative effects in terms of testosterone production etc.

Try 2000/day to start out and see how it goes.
