My WRX lease expires soon and i was looking at different cars. I went onto autorader after watching the Italian Job to look up the cooper S. The fuckers want from 25k to 27k for them. The sticker meanwhile is 19k. I hate fucking dealers. Whoever paid that much for a cooper s should be put away :ugh:

Jesus, you need a new dealer. The BMW Mini Dealer here in NOVa is selling them right at sticker. Shit, for $27K you could get a Cooper S with the John Cooper Works Package.

when they first came out I stopped at a dealership to drive one.

this dealership isnt licensed to sell ANYTHING, much less MINI's as an official dealer.

they wanted 27k for a Cooper S with 3000 miles on it. I test drove it... fun little car.

when I got back they told me they would give me $700 for my civic

I told them that for $27k Id be expecting a hell of alot more car than that...

then he tried to sell me a G35 sedan (for $39k)

If you're seriously interested test drive one up there and see if you like it, then come down here to buy.

i like the new turbo droptops...but they're like 25k. Unless i find a new job soon, i'm looking in the 20k range. If i would have kept my old job..i was looking at G35's :wtc:

I've grown to hate those things, turbo or no. Every other one I see has some gay plate that says "PT 4 JAN" or " PT 4 ME" or some other rediculous form of PT 4 COCK or whatever.

I'm kinda in the same boat. I would like to spend under 20 if possible. I was thinking maybe a Pontiac Vibe, Honda Element, or Cruiser. Need something with a decent amout of cargo to haul my doggy around

    actually though...

Ive got a friend or two who have PT Cruisers... they are insanely practical cars

If I had a baby I'd likely go after that before a minivan if I was on any form of a budget...

27k?!?!?! God damn, and to think I was looking at one for a "cheap" commuter. I'll have to go to a dealer around here and see how much they're marking up down here.

i've always hated the PT...for some reason the convert is more attractive...might be because it's a coupe :dunno:

i still love my parents Z4...their lease isn't up until 2005 though and the buyout is 25k
