If you're skinny and bulking, you should drink a lot of it. Near a gallon a day. Myth or Fact?

Well, I wish people would put in their opinions on why or why not they they would have it in their diet.
Does it have any harmful effects by consuming more of it throughout the day (I do understand that chugging the stuff will eventually make one vomit).

milk is great. 1g protein and about 1.5g carb per ounce for skim. You get fast & slow releasing proteins. I have 3 cups per shake with a banana, 1-2 scoops of whey, and about 1/2 cup of oats.
Why I like it:
I tastes fucking AWESOME!
Lots of callories in an easilly consumable medium
Good nutrient breakdown
Lots of vitamins
It is the best way to get calcium
i rock skim milk...always...and if i don't have any skim milk i drink 1 percent.
