Milk in PWO shake??

    slows protein absorption, therefore its bad...right?

    as long as its skim milk, id say its probably not bad. I could see all the fat in the other types of milk slowing absorption though.

    Milk has a high GI, which I would imagine would speed up absorption due to insulin.

    At any rate, milk has sugars, good to replenish your glycogen stores.

    I'll stick with water, no need for the extra sugar for me.

    500 ml water + Scoop :bowdown:

    Seriously dude? The first time I had my muscle milk I used milk and it was so thick and sweet I could barely finish it. It's still thick and tasty with just water.

    I always drink a litre of low fat, high protein milk after training.
