Milk in diet for weight training

    Just wondering how should milk play into your diet.

    My goals are to increase strength + endurance, lose % body fat.

    Should milk be considered an important part of my diet? Any articles on guideliness?

    Milk? MILK???

    I understand that your supps have not come in yet but never EVER, EVER include milk in your diet. Man I'm pissed off now. Instead get some eggs, cold meat or something but NOT MILK. F**K.

    Dude, obviously ceaze has no idea what he's talking about. I drink a shitload of milk and my gains have been sick. I've been putting on nothing but lean muscle from making milk a staple in my diet.

    i dont think it really matters for people not gettin ready for a bb show. i dont actually drink milk cuz i dont like it, but some of you are more anal than pro bb'rs and you'll just burn yourself out doing that

    I drink milk and I'm doing just fine.

    It has calories and protein.

    It also has some sugar in it, but you are probably combining milk with something else and so the overall GI will be lowered and the insulin rise won't be as big.

    Sure it's got some fat, but even full fat milk is only 4% whereas people will happily eat things with 30% or 40% fat. Even most lean turkey breast is probably more than 4% fat.

    i drink milk all the time and wont be stopping, however i got a massive cold this week so ive been laying off since milk+mucous doesnt mix well in my throat. ill be back on it strong in a couple days
