Military DB Press. How much you do?

    today was the first day ive been able to get 90lbs db over my head did it twice and this is after a broken collar bone and fucked up rotator... so it made my day :) my shoulders are dead after it but it made my day.

    mine is seated as well

    *edit*
    BTW my height is 5'11 and my weight is about 203-205lbs?

    hmmm make me feel small... im in a college gym so most people i see either dont even do military press or they just do like 30-40 lbs

    Never gone above 90's because my DB lifts suck balls.

    Seated military my record is 225x5 after 205x6 and 185x10.

    today i did seated 35x8, i feel like i could do 40s but my form is still not there.. (back arches)
