    I went to a meet at nazbar a few years back with some guys from my gym. That guy is one scary looking mofo...but couldn't have been nicer. he manned the grill out back and was cooking burgers for everyone there haha.

    simple workouts do work, but for absolute power scientific training methods (mainly developed in eastern europe- bulgarian) and periodization make a big difference.

    there are a lot of really strong people out their, and with adjustments to their training, they could be even stronger.

    exactly. i'd never even think about talkin shit about someone who can 1/4, let alone unrack 1200 lbs.

    Probably works cause thsoe event days are HELL on the CNS.

    kinda like mariusz and...i forget one other guy at WSM 2006 using their shoulders little by little to finish off the last 660lb finger...shit was unreal
