Past 2 weeks I have been getting insanely bad migraines that happen ONLY when I lift weights. I won't ever get headaches, but as soon as I start lifting by the end of my first set I'll have a massive migraine headache that lasts the length of my workout and sometimes up to an hour afterwards. Has anyone ever had this happen or heard of it?

It's an exertion headache usually a sign of increased blood pressure (which is pretty normal in weightlifting) from doing some valsalva stuff. Start worrying when you start popping blood vessels in your nose during squats.

how much water do you drink in a day? It could be dehydration.

also, it may be tension headaches due to bad form. try to get someone to spot you.

Sounds like it's a pulled muscle in your upper neck. It'll take a week or so to calm down, if that's not it then it's probably just a weird combination of lifting and allergies/breathing/dehydration/etc. Get a massage, go easy for a week or so, and if it comes back then start worrying.
