Anybody else have this problem? I'm going through a set of batteries about once a month. And it seems uneven. The first set I swear I was watching the battery life just out of curiosity and it went from over 70% to needing replacing in two days.

I keep thinking it's an interference issue. Where my apple extreme is set up, my mouse is almost in a direct line between the router and my computer. Does that make sense at all? Could there be interference between my mouse and my bluetooth phone? Yeah ok, I have no idea how this shit functions. lol

It just seems odd to me. My wireless keyboard is still on it's first set of batteries and is showing close to 70% battery life left.

And please, keep the flaming. laughter, and 'you're a fucking idiot' comments to a minimum. After all I'm a human being. I have feelings. I get hurt easily.

Yeah, that last paragraph was pretty much a crock. :)

The first set apple puts in there is a really nice brand that last a long time. I put a new set in mine about 2 months ago and I am starting to get replacement messages.

do you guys turn off the mouse? Sometimes i'd leave mine on, and it would only last a few weeks.

why does the mouse tracking suck so much on the mac? it's not very price, i can move the mouse around very slowly and it doesn't register it sometimes. very annoying

I have yet to find a wireless mouse that has precise tracking. It always feels like there is a slight delay.

Even the cheapest of wired mice respond perfectly.
