I ran Norton Antivirus, Stinger, and Lavasoft Ad-aware but it didn't find any viruses on my PC, but there has to be something on here. Everytime I double click my AOL 9.0 icon, it says it has to reinstall some missing files all the time. AOL tech support sucks and Dell tech says it doesn't do viruses. What virus stops AOL 9.0 from running?? AOL tech told me it was a strain of Bagle, but I'm not sure.

why don't you uninstall AOL, and then reinstall it?

Do as Maczter stated, second NEVER trust AOL tech support.

If your virus definitions are up to date and NAV is running correctly, its NOT a bagle virus, they are easy pickings for NAV...
