with body fat percentage, is directly correlated to body weight?

i.e. 15% body fat = 15% of body weight (if i weigh 200 lbs, at 15% body fat, do i have 30 lbs of fat on me?)

    thanks OT

You've got it correct. But keep in mind you need like 3-5% so you don't get organ contact and die so it's not like you can go to 0%
