looking for some criticism on my back. particullary the middle back. what lifts would help me gain in the mid back section?

so far my back routine consists of deadlifts, rows, lat pull downs, chins, and pullups. i wouldnt mind doing something different...

you could try bent DB rows or lying BB row but your back routine seems pretty good to me in terms of range :dunno:

hard to tell since you cant post for shit.. bring your arms forward and spread your back out so we can really see..

but i'm guessing it wont matter.. more rows.

not being an elitist.. but no one's lats are ever big enough. the solution is pullups and rows. applies to me, you, and everyone else in F&N.

maybe use an underhand grip on the rows and really focus on going slow and pulling your elbows in, but it looks like you have hi-set lats, so, you're fightin genetics here
